finally get accurate results. This will create  a unified information
center for your community to source information. This works better than
social bookmarking. In fact it is going beyond social bookmarking as
bookmarking just gives you a shared link but building a custom search

We have enabled webbased chat room from Meebo

Good News.

Today We have enabled Web based Chat room for our site users to discuss about our posts. This will free us from receiving offline messages and respond. Now we can answer visitors at once from different departments. Please let us know if there are better options available. Thanks to Meebo service.

We have completed our domain registration

Things online are moving fast than offline. We have created a website with a total collaboration suite enabled for our internal purposes which include mail, calendar, chat client, webpages hosted by Google. You may visit our website at http://www.vyass.org The website is under construction which may take quite sometime. So don't expect much there. The updates are posted mostly here in the blog as the content here is dynamic and could be subscribed easily . We expect to start our operations in March 2nd or 3rd week. Preliminary survey has completed and database is in progress.

Hi Everybody,

This is my first post here. This blog has been created to update those who are interested in Vyass Information Center and its activities. Vyass Information Center is started with an intention to help people of Rajahmundry and those who are interested in Rajahmundry.


We have two main activitites. One is training center, another directory services. Training Center focuses on training people who are intersted in working at home or virtual offices. Directory services is a general service which will provide information on businesses, services, products, people, professions, jobs, real estate, marriage, rentals, lease and many other services focusing on Rajahmundry. Most of the information can be listed and accessed for free.We will come up with print, on phone and wesite in near future. We are starting with on phone support similar to helpline. On phone support is hard to maintain but very useful for everybody. There are some good websites like Rajahmundry.net but few people have access to internet. Print media is a costly affair,needs immediate sponsoring, limited reach and becomes static and stale within days of publication. We have already created a website in Google Pages.
